1. Description of Service
AI Car Tuning provides AI-powered visual modification tools, including:
- Visual car tuning (color, rims, body kits).
- AI Toy Car/Miniature generation.
- Realistic crash and cinematic style effects.
2. User Accounts and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions: Premium features (Pro) are available via auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple/Google.
- Refunds: Handled exclusively by the respective App Store.
3. User Content and License
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the original photos you upload.
- License: You grant us a limited license to process, resize, and transmit your photo to our AI engines to provide the modification service.
4. Accuracy and Safety Disclaimer
- Visual Only: The modifications generated by the App are for visual and entertainment purposes only.
- Real-World Application: AI Car Tuning does not provide mechanical engineering advice. We are not responsible for any real-world car modifications or damages resulting from users attempting to replicate AI-generated designs on physical vehicles.
- AI Accuracy: AI generation may contain artifacts or unrealistic results. We do not guarantee 100% realistic renders.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the App to process images that contain illegal content, non-automotive sensitive data, or intellectual property that they do not have the right to modify.
6. Limitation of Liability
AppExpo shall not be liable for any indirect damages or loss of data resulting from the use of the AI image generation features.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
